I chose those as sometimes, the elderly need certain items/products for certain purposes, but not all the times they have it, so they would have to leave the house to get that thing. And sometimes that particular item/product may be found only at a certain place in Singapore, so they would have to travel far just to get that certain product. So I think those questions are very important, for the elderly may get injured or hurt when trying to get the item/product.
